Hot water extraction which it is also known as involves injecting hot water and cleaning solution into your carpet with high pressure.
The force helps to loosen any dirt and grime after which the same machinery is used to extract the dirty water and residues from the carpet.
The carpet is then left to dry naturally which may take several hours or more dependent on the air temperature, airflow, humidity and amount of water used.
My carpets were marked and stained but now they look fantastic. I have been through a couple of carpet cleaners but will now use Donvi for our future carpet cleans.
